Work Schedule:

• Tuesday to Sunday
• 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 5 hours per day (25 hours per week)

 

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Membership Manager to support member growth and manage day-to-day front office activities. This role involves engaging with new and existing members, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll and onboard new members
• Manage and support existing member relationships
• Assist with paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Handle front office operations and daily coordination
• Provide excellent customer service and address member queries
• Maintain clear and professional communication with members

Required Skills:

• Basic administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
