TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love's Family of Companies and is a commercial driver's license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.

Welcome to TVC Pro-Driver! Our Inside Sales team is looking for a Membership Renewal Specialist to play a vital role in sustaining member engagement and retention by proactively reaching out to TVC members with memberships nearing expiration. This role involves managing a high volume of outbound calls, communicating effectively, and accurately documenting interactions using internal systems.

Job Functions:

• Conduct up to 150 outbound calls per day to TVC members regarding upcoming membership expirations.
• Manage calls efficiently, aiming to complete each interaction within 5 minutes.
• Operate within an auto dialer system to maximize outreach and productivity.
• Accurately document member interactions using Salesforce and The Matrix platforms.
• Process membership payments securely through the online payment portal.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, preferred.
• Familiarity with auto dialers and online payment systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Success metrics

• Daily call volume and completion rate.
• Call handling time and efficiency.
• Accuracy of documentation in Salesforce and The Matrix.
• Successful payment processing and renewal conversion rate.
