This role is for someone who is excited about the mission of the NAC, thrives on fitness and performance, and is excited to sell and represent one of the most dynamic health clubs in the world.

The Membership Sales Advisor is a high-performing closer responsible for converting qualified leads into NAC memberships. This is a sales-driven, phone-heavy role focused on calls, follow-up, and closing.

 

Core Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls daily

Conduct needs-based sales conversations and schedule or complete tours

Own the closing process from first contact through enrollment

Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email

Overcome objections and confidently guide decisions

Accurately log all activity and outcomes in the CRM

Hit daily activity targets and monthly enrollment goals


Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work nights and weekends

Schedule aligns with peak prospect demand and club traffic

Strong close rate on qualified leads

High call volume with disciplined follow-up

Clean CRM habits and pipeline ownership

Confident, professional representation of the NAC brand


Qualifications

2 years of proven sales or closing experience

Comfortable on the phone and leading sales conversations

Results-driven, accountable, and competitive mindset

Experience in fitness, hospitality sales preferred
