This is a sales-driven, phone-heavy role focused on calls, follow-up, and closing.
Core Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls daily Conduct needs-based sales conversations and schedule or complete tours Own the closing process from first contact through enrollment Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email Overcome objections and confidently guide decisions Accurately log all activity and outcomes in the CRM Hit daily activity targets and monthly enrollment goals
