No stretching experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

What You'll Do- Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression
- Educate prospective members on the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching
- Conduct outreach calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
- Convert stretch demonstrations into memberships
- Build long-term relationships with members through excellent customer service
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Participate in local marketing events and community outreach
- Support daily studio operations as part of a collaborative team
What We're Looking For- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- Willingness to learn and grow in a new skill set
- Basic computer and social media skills (Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Community marketing or event experience is a plus
TrainingAll new team members must complete our comprehensive paid two-week Stretch Zone Sales Training Program, where you'll learn our proven sales process, customer experience standards, and the Stretch Zone Method.
