Moxie Salon and Beauty Bar in Raleigh, NC is looking for an energetic and personable Membership Sales Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our brand — connecting with clients, sharing the value of our membership programs, and helping guests look and feel their best. Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell salon membership packages to new and existing clients
• Greet and engage walk-in guests, creating a welcoming and positive salon experience
• Educate clients on membership benefits, services, and pricing options
• Meet and exceed individual and team membership sales goals
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with professionalism
• Maintain accurate client records and track membership enrollment activity
• Collaborate with salon staff to ensure a seamless client experience from entry to exit

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Enthusiasm for the beauty and salon industry
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
