Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily productivity by being the first line of contact for potential members. All Trainer Sales Associates are required to meet or exceed monthly studio sales goals, help set up events, B2B marketing campaigns, and give a customer-centric experience.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of retail staff management and sales training experience

• 2+ years of meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales goals.

• All staff must complete HOTWORX online training course, as well as, receiving CPR Certification.

HOTWORX is a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio utilizing 3D training combining heat, infrared, and exercise allowing you more workout in less time. HOTWORX uses virtual instructor-led training technology to guide our member through a 30-minutes isometric workout or a 15-minute HIIT workout. We offer Hot Yoga, Pilates, Core, Buns, and other isometric workouts like resistance bands, and 15-minute HIIT Cycle, and Blast. We also have a functional exercise zone, called the FX ZONE, that utilizes Myocore bands, free weights, battle ropes, and more.

Job Type: Part-time with some availability working until close at 8 p.m. Monday-Thursday and some Saturday 11-4 availability.
