As a
Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of Gentle Wave Car Wash. You play a key role in helping customers understand the value of our membership plans while ensuring every visit feels welcoming, smooth, and positive.
We’re looking for friendly, competitive, and driven individuals who enjoy talking with people, setting goals, and taking pride in their performance.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting guests warmly, maintaining a positive attitude, and inviting them back
- Educate customers on wash options and membership benefits
- Engage with customers on-site by answering questions and offering assistance
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales goals
- Bi-lingual conversation skills a plus
- Share ideas and best practices that help improve membership performance
- Handle cash and register transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional site
- Complete side work, housekeeping tasks, and other duties as assigned
- Work as part of a team that values collaboration and positivity
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform basic to intermediate technology-related tasks as needed
