Stretch Zone is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to welcome new clients, drive memberships, support studio growth, and create a great experience from the first phone call to every visit after.
No Stretch Zone experience is required. We provide training on our services, sales process, client experience standards, and studio systems.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and create a positive first impression
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and current members
- Explain Stretch Zone services, memberships, and benefits
- Help convert intro sessions into memberships
- Support member retention through strong communication and service
- Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Assist with studio events, promotions, and local outreach
- Work closely with practitioners and management to support daily studio goals
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and dependable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable talking with new clients and asking for the sale
- Organized and able to manage calls, texts, scheduling, and follow-up
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or customer service
- Sales, front desk, membership, fitness studio, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
Training Provided
- Paid training on Stretch Zone services and memberships
- Training on sales process, lead follow-up, and client experience
- Studio systems and scheduling training
- Ongoing coaching and support

The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone® means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one’s expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
