Pay Range: $50,000–$60,000+ per year (Base + Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generate and close new membership sales through tours, outreach, and follow-up
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members
  
  
• Engage in community outreach, in-club events, and promotional efforts
  
  
• Support new member onboarding and guide them through their first 30–60 days
  
  
• Collaborate with your team to hit club and personal performance goals
  
  
• Represent Genesis with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Confident, self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to succeed
  
  
• Sales experience preferred, but a go-getter attitude is a must
  
  
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable face-to-face, on the phone, and online

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
