About the Role:
Hammer and Nails Greenwich is looking for a charismatic and driven Membership Sales/Concierge to join our team in Greenwich, CT! This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a premium grooming experience, welcoming members and guests while building lasting relationships. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests, delivering a best-in-class concierge experience
• Drive membership sales by presenting and promoting Hammer and Nails membership Clubs
• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and front desk operations
• Build and maintain strong member relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or a luxury customer service environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally outgoing personality
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close membership sales
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing role
• Proficiency with scheduling software and point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player with a positive attitude
• Passion for men's grooming, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
