What You'll Do

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members with exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to member inquiries
• Contact leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and follow-up appointments
• Convert prospects into members through tours and membership presentations
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and community outreach
• Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for every new member
• Assist members with questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Achieve individual and team membership sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building relationships
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
