Job Summary We are seeking a Membership Specialist to join the team at our gym! As a Membership Specialist, your goal is to increase membership numbers through prospecting, member referrals, phone calls, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness.
Responsibilities
Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym
Answer phone calls and assist members
Communicate with leads and potential members through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings
Provide an excellent onboarding experience
Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Previous customer service or sales experience
Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
