We believe that our values and conducting business the Scipi way has led us to growing our memorial business to over 20 retail stores and 150 dealers across the Midwest. Scipi is a 100% employee-owned organization based in Central MN, employing 250 team members across the Midwest and Canada. This position will serve St. Cloud and the surrounding areas. St. Cloud, also known as the Granite City, is home to several parks and attractions highlighting our granite mining history. For example, Quarry Park and Nature Preserve is a 683 acre preserve with 20 former granite quarries and is a great place to swim, scuba, fish, climb, or admire. Position Description: As the Memorial Installer, you will handle the coordination, preparation, and installation of memorials and other monuments. This position plays a vital role in making sure that our customers receive exceptional customer service and that their monument is handled and installed with care. Our Memorial Installers are also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our community and business partners. This position has a hourly wage range of $21 - $25 based on experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
