Under direct supervision, the Memory Engagement Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing person-centered engagement programs for residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other forms of cognitive impairment. This position promotes meaningful experiences that support residents' emotional, social, physical, spiritual, and cognitive well-being fostering dignity, purpose and connection.
