We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on, and assertive Program Manager to lead the end-to-end parts pipeline and readiness strategy for critical memory solutions (including SSD, DRAM, LPDDR, HBM, and related components) across our diverse product portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the centralized operational hub for requirement gathering, forecasting, scheduling, and ordering timelines needed to support qualification, bring-up, EVT/DVT/PVT, test fixture, and production readiness activities.

This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong personality and exceptional communication to drive accountability across all levels of the organization. Working closely alongside our internal domain experts, you will frequently navigate both horizontal and vertical hierarchies, managing timelines across multiple product teams while keeping executive leaders informed on pipeline health. This is a role for a schedule-driven operator who likes to keep projects moving-aggressively chasing open items, setting a clear cadence, and ensuring parts are secured early enough to meet meticulous validation schedules.

Salary Range:
$128,400-$173,700 per year
