We are looking for a Men's Buyer. The ideal candidate will lead buying and merchandising strategies across our retail stores and e-commerce, building location-specific assortments that hit volume targets.This role is responsible for executing seasonal buys, analyzing weekly selling data , and partner with Planning. We are looking for someone who is curious, obsessed with the story behind the numbers, and brings a sharp instinct for men's apparel.
Responsibilities
- Help lead merchandising and buying strategies for Retail Stores and E-commerce, delivering consumer-focused location assortments and identifying key volume drivers for the men's business.
- Partner closely with Merchandising and Planning to shape seasonal product initiatives and inform future product development needs across retail regions.
- Analyze and present weekly selling recaps by product and store, surfacing in-season opportunities (chase, consolidations, rebalance) and insights that shape future-season buys.
- Serve as a key player in the Buy Planning process, executing seasonal buys for specific Retail Stores and E-commerce that balance brand vision within our product strategy.
- Communicate and partner with Merchants, Retail Stores, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce teams to drive high sell-thru, and channel direct customer feedback from the field into smarter future buys.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in buying or merchandise planning, preferably in apparel or specialty retail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Highly analytical with strong merchant instincts and a sharp eye for the story behind the numbers
- Excellent communicator of inventory strategies, analysis, and recommendations across teams
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent understanding of American vintage apparel a plus
- Incredibly curious
