Bond Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Men's Health Center Program Development Administrator & Special Assistant to the CEO to lead the development and implementation of programs supporting the future Men's Health Center while providing strategic and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare, social services, or community-program professional who understands the needs of the Leon County and surrounding communities and can translate community needs into effective, sustainable programs and partnerships.

Position Summary

The Program Development Administrator will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programs associated with the future Men's Health Center. The position will work closely with the CEO, organizational leadership, healthcare providers, community partners, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and improve access to services for the community.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare and social-service systems and demonstrated experience developing programs, building teams, engaging community partners, and coordinating services.

The position will also serve as a Special Assistant to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, programmatic, research, coordination, and project support as assigned.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs and services associated with the future Men's Health Center.
• Assess community needs and identify opportunities for new or expanded healthcare and social-service programs.
• Develop collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, governmental agencies, nonprofit organizations, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate community outreach and engagement initiatives.
• Support the development and implementation of healthcare service models addressing the needs of men and their families.
• Coordinate or support services involving mental health and substance-use services, outreach, supportive services, housing, food insecurity, eligibility screening, referrals, and service placement.
• Develop program plans, goals, objectives, timelines, and performance measures.
• Monitor program activities and outcomes and prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for organizational leadership.
• Assist with identifying funding, partnership, and resource-development opportunities.
• Support team building, staff development, training, and organizational initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between Bond Community Health Center and community partners.
• Conduct research and provide information and recommendations to the CEO regarding community programs, services, trends, and opportunities.
• Provide administrative and project-management support to the CEO on special initiatives.
• Represent Bond Community Health Center at community meetings, events, professional activities, and stakeholder engagements.
• Work a schedule that may include non-traditional hours, evenings, weekends, and community events as required.
• Perform moderate travel throughout Leon County and surrounding communities.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field such as Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a closely related discipline.

Expereince

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible professional experience in healthcare administration, program development, social services, community health, public health, behavioral health, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation.
• Demonstrated experience working with community-based organizations and/or healthcare and social-service systems.
• Experience with team building, staff development, community outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of healthcare and social-service resources in Leon County and surrounding communities is strongly preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and represent the organization professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or implementing men's health, community health, population health, or health-equity programs.
• Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), nonprofit healthcare organizations, or community health organizations.
• Experience working with governmental and community-based programs.
• Experience developing community partnerships and referral networks.
• Experience with program monitoring, performance measurement, grant-related activities, and reporting.
• Familiarity with healthcare access barriers, behavioral health, substance-use services, housing instability, food insecurity, and other social determinants of health.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires regular interaction with employees, community members, healthcare and social-service partners, and organizational leadership. The position may require moderate travel and work outside traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on program and community needs.
