Mental Health Associate

PositionSummary Assists RN is assessing patient problems, planning and carrying out Mental Health interventions, and maintain therapeutic milieu. Primary Position Responsibilities 1.Facilitate Mental Health Interventions 2.Maintain Therapeutic Milieu 3.Documentation of Care 4.Patient Advocate 5.Maintain Patient Safety 6.Other Duties Assigned Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field Preferred: Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Preferred: Experience working with psychiatric and substance abuse populations. License, Registry or Certification: Required: CPR certification required.Completion of Hunterdon Healths approved behavior management training upon hire and annually thereafter.
