Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you!  

Responsibilities 

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Mental Health Professionals must be available to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients. Must have experience and a passion for providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.


Qualifications

• MASTER's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy (REQUIRED)
• LICENSED OR LICENSED ELIGIBLE
• Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
