Join Our Team as a Mental Health Coordinator – LPC, LCSW, LMFT

What You’ll Do:
As a Mental Health Coordinator, you will plan and deliver non-medical clinical mental health services within our facility. You’ll coordinate care, provide counseling, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of support and intervention. The role requires adaptability, a strong sense of professionalism, and a commitment to client well-being. Shifts are 8 hours long, scheduled primarily during daytime hours, including weekends, with a 13-week initial assignment. For those eager to contribute, a guaranteed 40 hours per week is offered, with the flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs.

Required Skills:
  • Valid active license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • Proven experience in clinical mental health services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ICE clearance (US Citizenship required)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working within detention or correctional settings
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • Prior experience with crisis intervention or trauma-informed care
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health services
  • Prior experience in a similar coordination or case management role

Other Requirements:
  • US Citizenship for ICE clearance (expedited process available)
  • Willingness to undergo thorough background and credit investigations for security clearance
  • Availability to start promptly upon clearance completion
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel if needed for certifications or reimbursements
