What Youll Do
- Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention
- Document all clinical activities accurately in health records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Apply psychological counseling techniques tailored to inmate needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
What You Need
- Valid license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Experience in mental health assessment and counseling
- Strong knowledge of psychological therapies and crisis intervention
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations in secure settings
- U.S. citizenship and social security card required for facility clearance
