What You’ll Do
  • Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention
  • Document all clinical activities accurately in health records
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Apply psychological counseling techniques tailored to inmate needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

What You Need
  • Valid license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
  • Experience in mental health assessment and counseling
  • Strong knowledge of psychological therapies and crisis intervention
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations in secure settings
  • U.S. citizenship and social security card required for facility clearance
