We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join a growing team of passionate professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care, especially to clients impacted by trauma, stress, or life-altering events such as car accidents or chronic pain. Who You Are:
- Licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW.
- Passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and reclaim control.
- Skilled in trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, or related modalities (preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working independently but eager to collaborate with a like-minded team.
- Able to maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with injury-related trauma, PTSD, or somatic symptoms.
- Bilingual or culturally competent clinicians.
- Interest in leadership, program development, or clinical training.
