Summary

• POSITION INFORMATION

• Position summary:

• Responsible for coordination and supervision of the care for all mental health PHP/IOP patients per physician orders and in collaboration with the Multidisciplinary Team.

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education:

• Masters' Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field.

• Required length and type of experience:

• One to two years experience in a mental health treatment setting with experience in facilitating group therapies and individual counseling is preferred.

• Required licensure, certification or registry:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor
