Job Summary

This role is designed for experienced providers who understand how important mentorship, ethics, documentation, and case consultation are in building strong clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
• Support documentation, case review, treatment planning, and ethics
• Help supervisees build confidence and clinical skill
• Follow Illinois supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain professional supervision records

Requirements

• Active Illinois clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must meet Illinois requirements to provide supervision
• Experience supervising counselors, therapists, or social workers preferred
