Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support ethical decision-making, documentation, and treatment planning
• Help supervisees develop strong clinical judgment
• Follow Minnesota supervision and licensing standards
• Maintain clear supervision expectations and records

Requirements

• Active Minnesota clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Must be eligible to provide supervision under Minnesota board rules
• Supervision experience preferred
