Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Support ethics, documentation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Help supervisees grow with structure and accountability
• Follow Indiana licensing and supervision rules
• Maintain clear communication and supervision records

Requirements

• Active Indiana clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Must be eligible to supervise under Indiana board requirements
• Prior clinical supervision experience preferred
