  • Collaborate with youth, families, school personnel, treatment teams, and community partners to support each client’s treatment goals.
  • Deliver services in accordance with individualized treatment plans and complete all documentation and billing requirements within established deadlines.
  • Schedule and document billing activities daily within the electronic clinical record and maintain accurate, current records for assigned clients.
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, agency, accreditation, licensing, and funding-source requirements, including required CPR and CPI training.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related human services field, or completion of the degree within six months of hire.
  • Experience or demonstrated knowledge of working with children, adolescents, families, individuals experiencing mental illness, and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, person-centered treatment, and recovery-oriented service models.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
