Some evening availability is required. The Youth Clinic is open until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Your Role As the Mental Health Counselor in Youth Services, you will provide individual, family, and group-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and their families. Services may be delivered at the Youth Clinic, in clients’ homes, in community settings, and through Sertoma Star’s Partnered Community Schools. You will help young people develop coping skills, manage symptoms, strengthen social and emotional functioning, and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This position requires flexibility to meet client and program needs, including some evening hours.
