Job Title: Mental Health Monitor
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3×12 (2 Days & 1 Night)
Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring patients with mental health conditions to ensure their safety and well-being while supporting clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and monitor patient behavior
- Report any changes or concerns to staff
- Ensure patient safety at all times
- Maintain a calm and secure environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience monitoring multiple screens and observing patients
- Minimum 6 months of clerical or support experience in a medical setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or mental health
- BLS or CPI certification
