We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment team. In this role, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and MAT services in collaboration with a staff psychiatrist. This is primarily an office-based position, with the potential for up to one remote telehealth day per week once caseload and workflow support that flexibility. This is not a siloed role. As our PMHNP, you will actively engage in diagnostic assessments, medication oversight, recovery-focused care, and client education, helping individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders stabilize and move forward.
Pay: Starting at $60/hr, based on years of experience
Schedule: PRN, 8-16 hours per week

Responsibilities:Education/Certifications: Master level board certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with prescription writing privileges.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience providing psychiatric services in a community health setting, experience can include clinical rotation. Preferred experience serving clients with mental health and SUD disorders, including clients with dual diagnosis.
Specialized knowledge, skills, or abilities: This role requires that there are demonstrated skills in problems solving, decision-making, managing conflict, and follow through. Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent documentation skills, excellent time management skills, ability to be self-directed, ability to meet outcomes as established for program or unit, excellent crisis management skills, ability to work within department budget, basic computer and keyboard knowledge in a network environment, and training skills.
