• Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions) • ● This position requires a high level of independent clinical thinking, great organizational skills and staff development, recruiting, coaching and hiring working with HR, finance/billing and development departments. • ● Creating a sense of community and team among program staff and clients. • ● Overseeing treatment plans and supporting client progress toward goals. The treatment director will sign all ITP’s once the client and mental health professional have signed. ● Hiring and training staff. • ● Managing team performance and program staffing schedules. • ● Provide guidance to staff by evaluating client development plans and making recommendations. • ● Facilitating clinical supervision meetings. • ● Consulting on solutions for confidential or highly sensitive projects. • ● Managing program budgets and ensuring financial protocols are followed. • ● Partnering with senior leaders to analyze legislation, regulations or rule changes that may impact service. • Required Skills and Experience: (Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses/certifications, or other knowledge skills and abilities) • ● Master's degree in behavioral science. • ● One year (2,000 hours) of full-time experience in human services. • ● Previous experience in staff training. • ● Experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness is required. • This description covers the primary purpose and principal duties of the job.
