Neurolink Academy is seeking a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to provide clinical oversight and work collaboratively with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The QSP and BCBA will work as a team to support clients, caregivers, and direct-care staff. The QSP will focus on clinical oversight, compliance, treatment-plan coordination, documentation, and supervision within the scope of their professional license. The BCBA will provide behavior-analytic expertise and support the development and implementation of ABA programming.

This is a primarily in-person position. Limited hybrid flexibility may be available for approved administrative responsibilities, such as documentation, treatment planning, and virtual meetings.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must:

  • Have a completed master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field.

  • Hold an active, unrestricted Minnesota independent clinical license as one of the following:

    • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Meet or be eligible to meet Minnesota DHS requirements for an EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional.

  • Have strong clinical judgment, leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Be comfortable collaborating closely with a BCBA and an interdisciplinary clinical team.

A completed master’s degree and active independent clinical licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT are required. Applicants who do not meet both requirements will not be considered.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the BCBA to coordinate high-quality, individualized services.

  • Provide clinical oversight within the QSP’s professional scope of practice.

  • Collaborate with the BCBA on treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical recommendations.

  • Oversee the development, review, implementation, and revision of individualized treatment plans.

  • Review assessments, progress data, session notes, and other clinical documentation.

  • Help ensure services are medically necessary, person-centered, evidence-based, and consistent with authorized treatment plans.

  • Provide supervision, consultation, coaching, and support to clinical and direct-care staff.

  • Participate in client observations, team meetings, caregiver meetings, and clinical consultations.

  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, and other members of the client’s care team.

  • Support caregiver education and ensure recommendations are practical and responsive to each family’s needs.

  • Help ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS EIDBI requirements and Neurolink Academy policies.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.

  • Perform responsibilities within the boundaries of the QSP’s professional license while coordinating with the BCBA on behavior-analytic services.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with children or young adults with autism spectrum disorder or related conditions.

  • Knowledge of Minnesota’s EIDBI program.

  • Experience working collaboratively with BCBAs or other behavior-analytic professionals.

  • Experience supervising clinical or direct-care staff.

  • Experience with treatment planning, progress monitoring, and caregiver education.

  • Familiarity with culturally responsive and person-centered services.

Work Arrangement

Regular on-site presence is required to observe services, support staff, attend meetings, and respond to client needs. Limited hybrid flexibility may be available for approved administrative duties. This is not a remote position.
