Schedule: 9 am-6 pm, M-F
About the role: Serves as a project management partner to functional leadership and executive sponsors, leading the full project lifecycle — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout — for strategic and operational initiatives within a behavioral health and crisis services continuum of care. Collaborates with clinical, program, and operations stakeholders to assess current-state workflows and design future-state processes that support crisis response, care coordination, and continuity of services. Manages timelines, risk, and resource allocation to ensure initiatives strengthen service quality, regulatory compliance, and community access to care. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in project management methodology, along with fluency in behavioral health or crisis response systems, trauma-informed practice, and, more broadly, human services delivery.
Overview:
Acts on behalf of the functional management and/or an initiative executive sponsor planning and managing the execution of strategic and critical projects. Participates in activities that develop, coordinate, and implement resources to respond to strategic business needs, improve the quality of agency services and increase awareness of agency programs and services in the community. Has a robust knowledge of and experience in project management methodology and implementation.
