Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote client well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities.
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
• Foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current registration as AMFT, ASW of APCC in California.
• Experience in clinical settings with diverse populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
• Knowledge of mental health regulations and ethical practices.
• Willingness to work with all ages.
• Spanish speaking is preferred, not required.
