Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) has a part-time Registered Nurse opening with our Lotus Grace program in Cambridge, MN. This position will work within a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team to implement treatment plans and services that enable the service recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, personal and emotional adjustment and independent living and community skills.
This position is scheduled for 20 hours per week, with shifts occurring Monday through Friday. Flexibility in scheduling is required to support program operations and meet the needs of service recipients and staff.
Salary: $38.00-$40.00/hr.

Located on a serene 20-acre hobby farm in Cambridge, MN, RSI's Lotus Grace IRTS & RCS setting is designed to support up to five people. The mission at Lotus Grace is to assist in addressing mental health in our community by providing services aimed to meet the immediate support needs of people experiencing mental health crises in a licensed residential setting. Our unique nature-based setting, complete with a variety of farm animals, creates a peaceful environment for healing, growth, and recovery.

What You'll Do as a Registered Nurse:
As a Registered Nurse, you will work within a Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) team to provide innovative individualized supports to people experiencing mental health crisis and psychiatric instability. You will oversee the provision of health services, medication administration, and medication storage for people receiving services through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Duties will include reviewing and approving health service and medication policies and procedures and providing monitoring, health services training, and support to staff.
