RSI is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing support to individuals throughout East Central Minnesota with developmental, physical, and mental health disabilities.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours, with flexibility required to meet program and individual support needs. Weekend and holiday shifts are not required, aside from occasional phone support as part of the on-call nursing rotation. Travel between program locations throughout East Central Minnesota is required, with mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel. Candidates must have reliable transportation.
This position provides nursing support at RSI's Lotus Grace program - a 24/7 Residential Crisis Stabilization (RCS) and Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facility in Cambridge, MN - as well as to individuals living in RSI's residential foster care homes across East Central Minnesota. The role includes 20 scheduled hours per week at Lotus Grace, with the remaining full-time hours assigned to RSI's foster care homes, providing nursing assessment, care coordination, and staff training and support.

Lotus Grace is dedicated to addressing mental health needs within the community by offering immediate, person-centered support in a licensed residential setting for individuals experiencing mental health crises. The program's unique nature-based environment - featuring open green space and a variety of farm animals - fosters healing, personal growth, and recovery in a calm and therapeutic atmosphere
Salary: $76,000-$79,000 annually
