Unit Information: Number of Beds: 6 bed ICU. Patient Ratios: 3:5. Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: De-escalation skills, experience with acute adult mental health. 2 years of experience. Type of Patients on Unit: Thought disordered, psychotic, personality disorder, manic. Personality Fit: Able to remain calm, professional demeanor. Dress Code: Scrub Color: NA. Dress is business casual. Any unacceptable attire: no ripped jeans, no shorts, not t-shirts or sweatshirts with logos, no open-toed shoes.
