• Provide one-on-one behavioral support
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Support positive behavior development
• Record session data and client progress

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

• At least one year of experience as a:
• • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
