We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys providing direct care, behavioral support, and helping individuals build independence and life skills.
What You'll Do
Provide direct care, behavioral support, and habilitation services
Follow individualized Support Plans (ISPs) and active treatment goals
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
Support vocational training and work-based activities
Monitor and document changes in behavior, health, and daily needs
Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
Communicate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary care teams
Support and train new staff on treatment strategies and care plans
Maintain compliance with facility, safety, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
Valid Driver's License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with individuals with disabilities, behavioral health, mental health, caregiving, or direct support is a plus
Training & Requirements
