On Call (PRN) Mental Health Technician - Springdale, AR
Make a real impact-on your schedule! Perimeter Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate On Call Mental Health Technicians to support patients in our inpatient and residential programs.
What You'll Do:
Observe and document patient behavior
Assist with daily living activities and life skills
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
De-escalate situations when needed (training provided)
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year in healthcare, behavioral, or social services preferred
Flexible availability: days, evenings, nights, weekends
Must be 21+ and physically able to assist patients
