What Youll Do:
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on inmate records and clinical interviews
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
Document all treatment and evaluations accurately in patient records
Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Apply psychological counseling techniques to support inmate needs
What You Need: Required:
CA licensure as LCSW or LPCC
US citizenship for ICE clearance (expedited process in place)
1+ years of mental health assessment and treatment experience
Preferred:
Experience working in correctional or institutional settings
Ability to perform assessments and deliver crisis interventions effectively
