What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on inmate records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document all treatment and evaluations accurately in patient records
• Provide mental health assessments, counseling, and crisis interventions as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Apply psychological counseling techniques to support inmate needs

What You Need:
Required:

• CA licensure as LCSW or LPCC
• US citizenship for ICE clearance (expedited process in place)
• 1+ years of mental health assessment and treatment experience

Preferred:

• Experience working in correctional or institutional settings
• Ability to perform assessments and deliver crisis interventions effectively
