Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Facilitate workshops or support groups to promote mental health awareness and coping strategies within the community.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Experience working with a diverse client population in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
Complete Intake, assessments, ISP, safety plans, and other mental health related assessments.
