Mind Matters is seeking a Master's-level Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for clinicians who are driven to support diverse populations using trauma-informed, ethical, and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in case consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional
• development

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or: 

• Related field (MA, MS, MSW, MFT)
• Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.) in Idaho
• Experience or interest in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, or family systems approach
• Cultural humility and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care
• Experience with or openness to providing SUD services a plus
