Full Time PPMHS Mental Health Therapist (Haitian-Creole or Spanish)Are you passionate about supporting expectant mothers on their mental health journey? The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is looking for a dedicated full-time mental health therapist to provide impactful counseling through in-person and teletherapy sessions in the Prenatal Plus Program. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families, offering essential support at a critical time and helping them build a strong foundation for the future.What We're Looking For:Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling, with active pursuit of licensure as a Florida State Registered Intern in the corresponding specialty areaDemonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or families, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation in accordance with professional standardsAbility to establish and maintain therapeutic rapport while exercising sound clinical judgment Working knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing; additional training or certification is a plusBilingual proficiency in Haitian Creole or Spanish strongly preferred to support culturally and linguistically responsive careWhat We Offer:Our work environment offers flexible hours, Monday through Friday, with scheduling based on client and program needs.
