What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on available records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities in the healthcare record
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling tailored to inmate needs
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively
• Perform treatment activities at a pace aligned with job requirements

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid state license in psychology, counseling, or related field
• Ability to perform mental health assessments and provide counseling
• Open availability for scheduling as needed
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass ICE clearance (may take 45+ days)
• Fingerprinting and background check clearance

Preferred:

• Experience working with inmate populations or in correctional health environments
