About Us:
Therapeutic Self Care is a growing group private practice committed to empowering individuals through compassionate, client-centered care. We are currently seeking a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our Galloway-based team for a hybrid therapist role, offering both in-home and outpatient therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to clients in-home and/or in-office
• Collaborate with families and case managers as appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Active NJ LAC or LSW license
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for serving diverse populations
