Navigating Day Treatment Center is seeking a Licensed or Associate-Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing Child & Adolescent Day Treatment Program.


This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking for competitive pay, flexible part-time hours, a manageable starting census, and meaningful work with children and families.


Clients are referred directly to our program — you do not have to build your own caseload.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical interventions to children and adolescents
  
  
• Participate in treatment planning and clinical reviews
  
  
• Monitor client progress and make clinical recommendations
  
  
• Provide individual, family, and/or group interventions as clinically appropriate
  
  
• Collaborate with the Program Director/QP and treatment team
  
  
• Provide clinical consultation and support to Day Treatment staff
  
  
• Participate in treatment-team and Child and Family Team meetings as needed
  
  
• Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically necessary
  
  
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  
  

Qualifications


Candidates must have a master's degree in an appropriate behavioral health field and hold a current North Carolina professional or associate license.


We welcome:


LCMHC • LCMHCA • LCSW • LCSWA • LMFT • LMFTA • Licensed Psychologist • Other qualifying NC behavioral health professionals


Experience working with children and adolescents with mental health, behavioral, emotional, or trauma-related needs is preferred.


Knowledge of DSM-5-TR, Person-Centered Planning, trauma-informed care, Medicaid behavioral health services, and clinical documentation is a plus.
