What You’ll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments for inmates
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Document all treatment activities in health care records
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and evaluation
• Use psychological counseling techniques to support inmate mental health
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality care

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license and Social Security Card (required for facility clearance)
• Previous experience in mental health counseling or related field
• Knowledge of psychological assessment and intervention
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills
