What You’ll Do
  • Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and interviews
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Document treatment activities accurately in health records
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health evaluations
  • Collaborate with facility staff to support inmate mental health needs
  • Support ongoing mental health care and crisis response in a correctional setting

What You Need
  • Valid licensure in mental health therapy (state-specific)
  • Prior experience in mental health assessment, counseling, or crisis intervention
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a correctional environment
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
