What Youll Do
Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and interviews
Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
Document treatment activities accurately in health records
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health evaluations
Collaborate with facility staff to support inmate mental health needs
Support ongoing mental health care and crisis response in a correctional setting
What You Need
Valid licensure in mental health therapy (state-specific)
Prior experience in mental health assessment, counseling, or crisis intervention
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a correctional environment
Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics
