We are seeking a Master's Level Clinician to provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality behavioral health treatment in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Summary
The Master's Level Clinician is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to support positive client outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
- Coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and other providers.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and training activities.
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and assist with safety planning.
- Ensure adherence to agency policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
