About the Role:
Eisner Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our integrated healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality individual, family, and group psychotherapy services while helping patients navigate behavioral health challenges and achieve their treatment goals.
The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who values trauma-informed care, culturally responsive services, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. As part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside behavioral health professionals, medical providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care that addresses the whole person.
What You'll do
- Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy services within a clinic setting or other appropriate locations as needed.
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that support patient progress and recovery.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions consistent with training and clinical best practices.
- Provide trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, safety planning, and behavioral support for individuals and families with complex needs.
- Support patients and families through advocacy, resource connection, and care coordination to help them achieve treatment goals.
- Maintain fidelity to evidence-based treatment models when applicable.
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines.
- Follow ethical, legal, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards.
- Participate in case presentations, staff meetings, clinical supervision, and quality improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current licensure as an LCSW; through the appropriate California licensing board.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical therapy experience, including supervised associate experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Experience providing psychotherapy services to children and families in a clinical setting.
- Experience working with diverse and underserved populations.
- Experience supporting individuals with high behavioral health needs, including crisis intervention, safety planning, and behavioral support.
- Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team that includes behavioral health professionals, medical providers, and support staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing evidence-based practices, including:
- Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
- Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP)
- Triple P Positive Parenting Program
- Experience working with adult populations strongly preferred; candidates with pediatric-only experience may not meet the needs of this role.
